“Very professional and focused on providing me with personal support". I reviewed several disability law firms in the Birmingham area. Those firms made me feel like I was just another case. I made my decision to select Cox Disability based on the initial phone consultation. Ms. Cox explained the SS...DI requirements and processes in a clear and precise way that I could understand. Ms. Cox and the staff members helped me with the filing process. They knew what documentation and required paperwork I would need. They provided excellent support helping me to complete the SSDI forms and answering the questions about my disability. Most of all they took the time to guide me. They were responsive to my emails and phone calls. I always felt comfortable with “How” they managed the process. I was approved for SSDI benefits and it was because of the support from the associates, their knowledge of the paperwork, and the level of comfort I had during the whole process. I give Cox Disability 5 Stars. WB- Chelsea, Alabama

Made the difficult process easier and with a SUCCESFUL result!

After battling the SSA alone for almost 3 years, I made a decision to hire a professional. I am not the type to appreciate the ridiculous loudmouths you see on TV. I wanted a serious professional. I found that, and more, in Janet Cox. She put me at ease immediately, and professionally and re...spectfully questioned me about my health and limitations. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and prepared me well for the grueling SSA hearing. I cannot imagine ever entering into this process without her professional guidance. I feel certain that my appeal would not have been successful without her experienced assistance.

Integrity. Compassion.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms Cox for my mothers disability case. I appreciated her honesty and tips to ensure my mothers disability claim was approved. She showed the upmost integrity in working with me. She felt that my mother would qualify without her help; however, helped me from the begi...nning. She was right, my mother was approved, but I am confident without her tips, it would have been much more difficult to be approved. I would recommend Jan to anyone wanting to be treated respectfully and as the first priority client. She is extremely compassionate, caring, and responsive to client needs. Thank you Jan for your help!
