Very Professional and Knowledgeable Attorney
Lois is a excellent attorney. She has helped my husband and I with several legal matters.

SLOTHFUL/NOT HONEST
I hired her to handle business for me. When the court date came around she didn't show up. She sent her husband and didn't let me know. I also paid her $2500 dollars up front and she was reimbursed by the courts on our behalf and she has not returned my money back to me. She want return my emails...
No good deed goes unpunished and in this case four things were done for her for free and she's mad about all of them. First she had two court cases going on at the same time. We were only hired to attend one court for her, but we talked about it and decided to go to the other court for free, as it was only one appearance, and we did not want any problems with our case we were handling for her. Good deed 1 Terry even waited that day and picked up an order for her that was ready on our other case. We could have just let the court mail it. Good deed 2 The court date Terry attended for free, she's upset I did not come free. Sigh. Good deed 1. None of what she says is accurate or true other than she did pay us up front. Her legal services were performed efficiently, adequately, timely and fully. There was no continuance and she got her final order on time and got it the day of court as we had all the paperwork ready for the order to be issued that same day. After we began the legal work, unexpectedly, another entity agreed to reimburse our fees. To this day we are still waiting on that alleged reimbursement. She has been advised if and when it comes she will be reimbursed but not until then. I am sorry she is unhappy at the speed with which we are getting reimbursed. Reimbursing her and applying for funds for her was also something we agreed to do, but did not charge her for and could have. Good deed 4. On their website, the guide rules for this reimbursement are that there is a year to apply for this fee, so I assume paying it promptly by them is not expected. I assume she has signed the paperwork and sent it to them as that was the last step and I have no control over whether she sent it in or not as she did not want to come to our offices and sign it, so it was sent to her. Also it it not true that I did not show up to court. I attended the only court date I was paid to go to. We also graciously agreed to reduce our fee to what that entity would pay and reimburse. Good deed 3 I can't make them pay us any quicker than what we have submitted. When we are paid back, if we are, then of course we will send her the money back minus expenses and costs of court of course. This is to her good fortune that someone else has agreed to pay for our services. I have paperwork and documentation to prove what I say. Also she or her husband was either texted, emailed, or a message was left that Terry would be attending court (the free court) for them. As a side note, she did not ask us for any of the good deeds she is now griping about. We just did them as that is what we are in business for is to help people. She has been emailed and or phoned or texted at all times during her case immediately, as appropriate. Her gripe is to calls after the case is over while we are waiting on reimbursement. I have told her when the money comes in I will immediately advise her. I will not continually answer calls or texts about money I have no control over, as she has been advised of the fact that we are waiting on this money to be paid to us and that when reimbursed we will immediately call, text or email her. Since the case was closed, I have regularly, probably weekly responded that the money is not here yet.

Great Attorney
My husband and I used Lois for the first time in 2014. We were very pleased at how professional she was and how much she seemed to care for her clients. We can highly recommend her if anyone needs an Attorney. She will keep you informed every step of the way. We can't say enough good things about her...

A great attorney and friend. And a great, patient teacher.
Lois is a long time friend, my attorney, teacher, and coworker. We need to file bankruptcy, and she stayed up late in her office, with us filing it. It was an urgent, needed today, type after case. As I need an income, she contracted me as her administrative assistant. She taught me everything I need...

Lois Beasley Carlisile
Lois has handled several matters for our family through the years and we have always been satisfied with her work. She was especially kind and helpful when my elderly Mother needed help. I would highly recommend her.
"I endorse this lawyer. I worked with her in suing Creditors within Chapter 13 bankruptcy who had abused the borrowers, recovering the maximum $$ for the Client, plus attorney fees for Lois and me."
"I endorse this lawyer. Truly exceptional and professional attorney with an outstanding reputation in the legal field for providing high quality representation and results for her clients!"
"I endorse Lois without hesitation. She is one of the most determined, dedicated lawyers I have ever known. She will not rest until her clients are satisfied and their cases are well prepared. If I were ever faced with a criminal defense matter, she is the lawyer I would hire. In all aspects and accounts, she is truly outstanding."
