I wrote an inquiry on Polson & Polson’s website one evening about a pending case I had and was pleasantly surprised to receive a text message from one of the lawyers from their own personal cell phone that same night responding to my inquiry. I received a first time offense and Whitney Polson did not attempt to seek out any documentation or evidence on my behalf, instead he was more so working with District Attorney persuading me to take a plea for charge I did not commit. My case has been dragging for over a year and I have paid out over... $4000 in attorney fees with no updates or any resolution. All this being said, I'm in same boat prior to hiring this attorney and without enormous amount of money as well! Do not hire! Bad communication and only concern is collecting high attorney fees and not helping clients.
