Knowledgeable but almost impossible to contact

Handling class action suit for toxic Chinese drywall litigation. Very knowledgeable and appears trustworthy but has been nearly impossible to contact regarding progress of lawsuit. Admittedly he has numerous clients that he is representing and has contacted us when something important happened (thoug...h sometimes with little time to spare for action). He badly needs to hire an assistant to take care of everyday questions and sent out a monthly letter to let us know what is happening. I marked that I would recommend him but if I found someone else with the same expertise who is more responsive I would switch in a heart beat.
