Home owners purchased houses between 2004 and 2008 that contained chinese drywall board produced by Knauf, Taishan, Beijing New Building Materials, and Pro-Wall. The manufacturing and distribution def ... endants lost 10 straight trials before agreeing to a pilot remediation program that ultimately lead to a large scale settlement. The home owners will soon be in a house free of the toxic chemicals - the house they thought they purchased originally. Our clients were in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Lousiana, and Texas.
