Civil litigation in all state and federal courts, including numerous and various civil matters, automobile accidents, products liability, alcohol server liability, construction accidents, premises liability, motorcycle/boating accidents, dog bites, workers’ compensation/third party claims, property damage, insurance claims, insurance coverage questions, negligence, fraud, contract claims, subrogation issues for the Plaintiff.

Criminal defense matters in district & circuit state courts and municipal courts. Felonies, misdemeanors; motions, hearings, settlement conferences; bench and jury trials. Retained cases as well as court appointed counsel for indigents (no Public Defender available). Also served as a Deputy District Attorney for the prosecution of criminal cases.

Domestic Relations hearings and trials in all aspects of domestic relations law in circuit & family courts throughout the state, including divorce, post-divorce issues, motions, petitions, child custody/support, contempt, paternity and special writs/appeals.
