I like the options to rate 'trustworthiness', 'responsive', 'knowledgeable', and 'kept me informed' because I can certainly rate Mr Long as 'excellent' in all these categories. I would also rate him highly in 'decency', 'professionalism' and 'friendliness'. If I need a lawyer again, I will hire h...im. If anyone I know needs a lawyer, I will recommend him. He went out of his way to be helpful, he has a kind heart, and I trust he put his best effort into our case. It also helps that he was so well prepared for our case that he could act very quickly once we went before the judge. He can think clearly under pressure, and that was good because I tend to get nervous. By the way, we had the exact outcome as we hoped for, and the entire matter was resolved at the end of our court day. He worked hard for me and I expect he treats all of his clients with the same efficiency. It was worth it to put my trust in him.

Steven started out by telling me the whole truth about my case and did not sugar coat it with tails of big money. He told me what he expected to get and he was right on the money.
