Biography
Birmingham bankruptcy lawyer Paula Greenway was born right here in Birmingham, Alabama. She went to college here and also obtained her law degree here. Because of her love for the south and its people, Paula has chosen to raise her three boys and develop her practice in Birmingham.
Paula’s boys are an important part of her life. She values family and knows the importance of working to make ends meet. She strives to make her office a comfortable place where her clients not only feel welcomed, but where they feel like they are dealing with a friend.
After receiving her law degree and becoming licensed to practice by the Alabama Supreme Court in 1996, Paula started her own firm, focusing on helping those in financial distress. Since that time, Paula has earned a reputation for working hard for her clients and helping them to maintain their assets and assisting them in solving their financial problems through the use of the Federal Bankruptcy Code.
An experienced Birmingham bankruptcy attorney, Paula Greenway is licensed to practice in the federal courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Alabama, all state courts in Alabama and before the Alabama Supreme Court. She is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association, along with the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Sections. She regularly attends seminars on bankruptcy and consumer finance matters to stay informed of new case law and pertinent issues.
