She works hard

My case is going very slow. I guess thats normal. Wendy is sweet though. I know she has worked very hard for me and she communicates well. She is very eloquent and smart. I can tell she has passion, I've even managed to annoy her a little with really dumb questions but she always is there for me. I d...efinitely recommend her to anyone facing a giant. I read some of the bad reviews and they are BS. She's cool.

Slow, on vacation more than she works.

Be prepared to wait a year or two (no kidding) to have even the slightest inclination of what's happening with your case. Super slow and very expensive. Charges for single word texts. Would not recommend. 2 stars because she went to law school, but barely. Went with a different attorney who settled m...y case in 9 days after her 2 years not working.

I have no idea who you are or what you are talking about. I do not now nor have I ever charged my clients for letters, emails or texts. I am always available by phone or email to answer any questions a client might have.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
