Mr. Gatch is a great lawyer and is so accessible!! He always calls me back when I need him. He went to court with me and I noticed that the Judge and all the attorneys there respect Mr. Gatch....I hired Mr. Gatch for bankruptcy... He did it immediately...I was so stressed out but he was so calming......I will hire him again if I need representation! You can trust this lawyer!

I hired Mr. Gatch in September, 2017. I was referred to him by another attorney who knew I had a very unique case that Mr. Gatch was more accustomed to handling. I called Mr. Gatch, gave him a brief synopsis of my situation and it was at that point I knew I was with the right attorney.He was very c...ompassionate, took plenty of time to hear me as I told him how I had been gouged by another attorney and after making Mr. Gatch more familiar with my situation, he apologized that I have been treated so unfairly. I was very impressed. Since I had a "time sensitive" matter, Mr. Gatch stayed up past midnight filing papers on my behalf.He was determined to do it immediately as he saw how distraught I was . He gave me several ways to contact him if I needed anything at anytime in addition to any other questions I may have during this process. He was so thorough in telling me what to expect and what not to expect. He kept me abreast on every new situation or filings as they came up. Not once when trying to contact him did he ignore me or respond days later. He was always prompt, unlike some other lawyers. I have to say this man was a God send. I am FOREVER indebted to him. Once I decided to hire him, we met again to ga...ther more details about my case, and he quickly began the process. Mr. Gatch notified me of what I needed to do to meet some legal requirements and was readily available for questions throughout the process. He always responded quickly to phone calls and email. Mr. Gatch informed me of what to expect in the courtroom, who would be in attendance, and the type of questions that would be asked of me. The morning of court, we met before we went in the courtroom and reviewed what he had previously discussed with me, a brief role play. He filed bankruptcy for me. He never answered my questions. I don't think he knew the answers. He also behaved differently after he got my money. He rushed my case to closed in about 3 months time. I was in "safe" mode while the case was open and as soon as it was closed, the mortgage could procee...d with foreclosure. He said words that showed me he hated people who needed help. He does what he can to hurt people who need help. Your better off to stay away from him!
