Gatch is absolutely the worst lawyer ever! He took my money, lied to me and took more money! I was trying to change my custody arrangements. Gatch didn't do anything for me! I emailed him many times for a receipt or even the final order and he blew me off like I was never even his client. I honestly... feel like he stole my money and ran. Don't hire him! If you want to get something done you're better off just representing yourself! Also all these "5 star" reviews Gatch has on Avvo, are staged to make him look good! He made me submit a five star review before he did anything on my case. Once he had my money, he disappeared! In my opinion, he should be disbarred!

I live out of state so it was necessary to everything for my mother's estate from half way across the country. Mr. Gatch took care of all the details of a fight with another family member for me and I only had to fly back once. It was a successful case and I was pleased with the outcome. He is timely... in his responses at all times and his price was more than fair.

I haven fought through a divorce that was hard and that was back and forth me having no money to afford the help I need Gatch still met me and had a sit down with me and cleared thing up and help me know my rights and help me through this rocky divorce I now to this day call him for any question I ha...ve and when u talk to Mr Gatch on the phone he ain’t worried about how much u gonna pay and will restrain on helping u unless he sees ur wallet no I call him it likes im calling a family friend telling them what is going on and they give me advice on the situation from the experience they have been through he don’t forget you you call him two years later he will ask about ur mother by name or your father and say what we handling today and he will get it done quick and easy no problem no running round in circles this man is the lawyer to have on ur side I wouldn’t want him against me
