In my Experience with Mr. Gatch he is the ultimate professional. He was availible and punctual when returning calls, he treated me with the utmost respect and compassion for my situation and what I was going through. He was Honest and upfront about the cost of the work to be preformed and set realist...ic expectations. Very disappointed in Mr. Gatch. I called him to help with my case in getting my children back. Talked with him per video call (Facetime). Told him my story and all. He got my paperwork from years ago and kept telling me that he would meet with me here in Clanton, AL. Said he would meet me at the cour...thouse on Monday and I never heard from him so I messaged him…he stated he was busy in court all day. Gave me the run around and told me he would then meet me at the courthouse that same Wednesday at 9:30am. Said he would send instructions on where I need to come and so on. I never received a text..no call..no instructions whatsoever. Very unorganized. Thanks a lot for leading me on and not doing what you said you would do.

He was paid up front, that was a big mistake, told me I didn't owe anything else, that was a lie. At first he seemed okay but all he did was,just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. We had to do a lot of the things he was hired to do, not just one time but several. After he put my case off f...or what I still don't really know. He has no office we had to meet with him in the public, like at fast food places...He failed to defend us in trial, it seemed like I took my self to trial that day. He failed to file our sapennos but nobody showed up..., he never let us know what was really going on before trial, he never prepared us before trial. He told me I had him for the whole day, that was a lie to. In trial he never spoke a word on our behalf, he hands out copies of our evidence, it was ink smeared they couldn't even read what I was trying to present to the judge. He handed me one at first then took it back and gave to my defendant couldn't even see it must less read it. ld think when my main wittness didn't show he should have put it off. I feel like everyone in court that day knowedhe done me wrong. He didn't reject to the first thing basically egnored me in clanton court that day. When he said he rest his case, he jumped up and said I got a trial to go to!!!!.. Remember I supposed to had all day ,after that I had one 2 or3 minute phone, him doing the talking he wouldn't let us ask one??? Until this day nothing, he is a over paid att.I strongly advise anyone who hires this------- don't, but if you do don't and I mean don't pay in full...I traveled over thousand miles one way, made several trips because of him putting off court, never told me anything until I was in clanton alabama. All the secatery work I did he used zero of it in trial, He's acowerd In my book,take somebody's money like that, and want even talk to me on the phone...some kind of Att. I believe he's got a bad drinking problem, that's all he cared to talk about..I don't understand how people like that in times like this how he must feel.. I RECOMMEND JUST ABOUT ANY OTHER ATT.BESIDES HIM ,I DON'T KNOW SEE HOW HE'S GOT REVIEWS LIKE HE DOES, JUST DON'T ADD UPP..TO ME. I've had a lot of att.and he's far the worst, there's some good att in clanton I would recommend...

I have had a problem with alcohol and pills. I was arrested in Clanton one year ago, and had to appear in the city court. I was scared. I went online and Mr. Gatch's web page came up first. I just picked up my cell phone and called him. What I noticed first is that he answered his own phone! H...e stopped what he was doing and talked with me. The first thing he told me was that there would never be a charge to talk with him, whether one time or a hundred times. He also mentioned that I could text him and he would respond as soon as possible. Mr. Gatch agreed to meet with me promptly, and did. In fact, he asked me to come down to the Shoney's in Prattville to speak with him over a cup of coffee. I did. Based on that free meeting, where he actually bought the coffee, I agreed to hire Mr. Gatch. He told me that I had three choices, I could plead not guilty and go to trial, I could enter a plea of conditional guilt that would go away if I did what the court referral officer told me to do, or I could simply plead guilty and put the matter behind me. I chose to confront my problem with alcohol and pills. I also took Mr. Gatch's advice and entered into a court referral program with the City Court, and Mr. Gatch's advice proved to be true! The charges were dismissed against me! I would trust Mr. Gatch with any legal problem I have in the future. I am clean and sober today, and have my driver's license !!! I can go anywhere I want at any time. I no longer depend on alcohol and pills to deal with life. I highly recommend Mr. Gatch!!!
