David O'Brien Gatch

I am 65 years old and this is my seventh child custody case. This case was a bit different in that I was seeking to gain custody of a child that is not mine and take him to another state which is my residence. David gave me a flat fee (Half of what I paid another attorney in another county for the ...same type case) that was very reasonable. During the case (In court five times) David made recommendation that I grudgingly agreed with. The last five minutes of court I felt we had lost based on the Judges questions. Mr Gatch had accomplished presenting our case with nothing left out. To move a child out-of-state is huge. almost five days later we got the news, WE WON! Mr. Gatch was more excited that me with the news. There were over thirty emails and I cant count the text messages and phone calls. The most approachable attorney I have ever hired.
