David O'Brien Gatch

I have known David Gatch both professionally and socially for over 10 years. I have found him to be a man of integrity, sound judgement, and rare ability. A recent review left for Mr. Gatch on March 21st 2021 is not only simply wrong, but a flaccid rerun of a review left several years ago by the ...same disgruntled client who (then) accepted no responsibility for his criminal conduct, but was sincerely amazed when, based on both the evidence and the findings of the court, he was neither absolved of his conduct nor elevated to sainthood. Since that event, this individual was involved in a subsequent criminal offense. He also spent several months of in a county jail. For reasons known only to him, he now wishes to blame Mr. Gatch all these years later for everything that has gone awry in his own life since that original case. This is both wrong and patently unwarranted. If the services of a sound and competent attorney are required for any legal issue, I would have no reservation whatsoever in recommending David Gatch to advise and/or represent the matter in any court in a satisfactory and professional manner.

I have had a problem with alcohol and pills. I was arrested in Clanton one year ago, and had to appear in the city court. I was scared. I went online and Mr. Gatch's web page came up first. I just picked up my cell phone and called him. What I noticed first is that he answered his own phone! H...e stopped what he was doing and talked with me. The first thing he told me was that there would never be a charge to talk with him, whether one time or a hundred times. He told me that I had three choices, I could plead not guilty and go to trial, I could enter a plea of conditional guilt that would go away if I did what the court referral officer told me to do, or I could simply plead guilty and put the matter behind me. I chose to confront my problem with alcohol and pills. I also took Mr. Gatch's advice and entered into a court referral program with the City Court, and Mr. Gatch's advice proved to be true! The charges were dismissed against me! I would trust Mr. Gatch with any legal problem I have in the future. I am clean and sober today, and have my driver's license !!! I can go anywhere I want at any time. I no longer depend on alcohol and pills to deal with life. I highly recommend Mr. Gatch!!!
