Me and my fiance Samantha Thompson met with Mr catch at the clanton courthouse yesterday and let me tell you something he was phenomenal outstanding respect for him and for us he made things Crystal clear when he explained things about the case and he literally went out his way to help us I want to t...hank him very much for all he's done and continue to do for us in the future if we need him if I could give him a 10 star I would but sadly I can only give him five great job Mr gatch.

He was paid up front, that was a big mistake, told me I didn't owe anything else, that was a lie. At first he seemed okay but all he did was,just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. We had to do a lot of the things he was hired to do, not just one time but several. After he put my case off f...or what I still don't really know. He has no office we had to meet with him in the public, like at fast food places...He failed to defend us in trial, it seemed like I took my self to trial that day. He failed to file our sapennos but nobody showed up..., he never let us know what was really going on before trial, he never prepared us before trial. He told me I had him for the whole day, that was a lie to. In trial he never spoke a word on our behalf, he hands out copies of our evidence, it was ink smeared they couldn't even read what I was trying to present to the judge. He handed me one at first then took it back and gave to my defendant couldn't even see it must less read it. ld think when my main wittness didn't show he should have put it off. I feel like everyone in court that day knowedhe done me wrong. He didn't reject to the first thing basically egnored me in clanton court that day. When he said he rest his case, he jumped up and said I got a trial to go to!!!!.. Remember I supposed to had all day ,after that I had one 2 or3 minute phone, him doing the talking he wouldn't let us ask one??? Until this day nothing, he is a over paid att.I strongly advise anyone who hires this------- don't, but if you do don't and I mean don't pay in full...I traveled over thousand miles one way, made several trips because of him putting off court, never told me anything until I was in clanton alabama. All the secatery work I did he used zero of it in trial, He's acowerd In my book,take somebody's money like that, and want even talk to me on the phone...some kind of Att. I believe he's got a bad drinking problem, that's all he cared to talk about..I don't understand how people like that in times like this how he must feel.. I RECOMMEND JUST ABOUT ANY OTHER ATT.BESIDES HIM ,I DON'T KNOW SEE HOW HE'S GOT REVIEWS LIKE HE DOES, JUST DON'T ADD UPP..TO ME. I've had a lot of att.and he's far the worst, there's some good att in clanton I would recommend...

Since day one, David has been by my side. He has answered the million and one questions I have thrown at him. He is very down to earth and an overall GREAT attorney. I would highly recommend using him for any of your court needs, whether it be simple or down right difficult! David, I can't thank you ...enough for all your help! I appreciate you more than you know!!

I want to thank Mr. Gatch for his handling of my mother's estate. She died without a will. I have two sisters. None of us could agree on anything when it came to dividing my mother's estate. Mr. Gatch filed for my papers to handle my mother's estate just before Covid hit....The Courts shut down ...all hearings for months....We attempted to reach an agreement. We could not. Finally Mr. Gatch suggested that we set a hearing and obtain a surveyor to help us divide the land. The Judge suggested a Surveyor and he did a great job....Finally we were able to reach an agreement to divide the bank accounts and personal effects....It took more than a year and a half, but we were able to end the court case and settle. Mr. Gatch did all he could do to speed the process, but the court was slowed down because of covid....Well done Mr. Gatch! I would hire him again. In fact, I plan to discuss bankruptcy with him soon....
