David O'Brien Gatch

Since day one, David has been by my side. He has answered the million and one questions I have thrown at him. He is very down to earth and an overall GREAT attorney. I want to thank Mr. Gatch for his handling of my mother's estate. She died without a will. I have two sisters. None of us could agree on anything when it came to dividing my mother's estate. Mr. Gatch filed for my papers to handle my mother's estate just before Covid hit....The Courts shut down ...all hearings for months....We attempted to reach an agreement. We could not. Finally Mr. Gatch suggested that we set a hearing and obtain a surveyor to help us divide the land. The Judge suggested a Surveyor and he did a great job....Finally we were able to reach an agreement to divide the bank accounts and personal effects....It took more than a year and a half, but we were able to end the court case and settle. Mr. Gatch did all he could do to speed the process, but the court was slowed down because of covid....Well done Mr. Gatch! I would hire him again. In fact, I plan to discuss bankruptcy with him soon....

Mr Gatch recently handled my estate case in Probate Court against my siblings. I explained what my problem with my dad’s estate was and How my sisters and brother were trying to railroad me into a less then appropriate settlement. He was upfront about the expected timeframe and what details I would... encounter during the legal process. He handled everything a lawyer needs to do to resolve my situation in an extremely professional manner and kept me informed as the case progressed. He was able to bring a conclusion to this case in the way I desired and in less time then it normally takes! I can’t speak more highly about the legal services I received from Mr. Gatch! Though I don’t expect to be in court again I know that should the occasion arise I would call Mr Gatch to represent me again without hesitation

My wife and I are truck drivers and from out of state. We stopped for the night in Clanton AL and decided to have a few drinks. Well, didn't go so well as we ended up w a few citations that required us to show up personally in court. Not knowing any attorneys in that area, I called the courthouse and... asked for recommendations. They gave me David's name. Not knowing anything about Clanton nor David I called him. He truly was a blessing to wife and I. He seemed more interested in us and helping us than he did about his fee. Which was more reasonable than I would have ever expected. As I stated earlier, we are truck drivers. Our schedule doesn't lend us the opportunity to be where we need to be most of the time. David was able to work w the judge and the court to benefit our schedule. By the time we got there he already had the situation resolved that we and the court could agree on. What he saved us by working with the court, saved us more than we paid him. Hopefully never have to use his services again, but would be the first I would call if needed, or if wife gets crazy. Lol.
