I am 65 years old and this is my seventh child custody case. This case was a bit different in that I was seeking to gain custody of a child that is not mine and take him to another state which is my residence. David gave me a flat fee (Half of what I paid another attorney in another county for the ...same type case) that was very reasonable. During the case (In court five times) David made recommendation that I grudgingly agreed with. The last five minutes of court I felt we had lost based on the Judges questions.
