When I began to look for a lawyer to represent me in a contested divorce from my wife of 18 years, I had three children under the age of 15. I knew that this was going to be a hard process, and I wanted to find a lawyer that I could trust who would stay in touch with me. I began reading reviews on ...attorneys in my area and noticed that Mr. Gatch had many times the number of reviews that other attorneys had online. I called him. He returned my telephone call within one hour of my making the first call. He answered my questions. I wanted to know what to expect, what I would have to pay him, and how long this process would take. Mr. Gatch answered each question up front. More importantly, his answers proved to be true. I was told that really "no-one is happy with a contested divorce." I was told up front that the process could take a year, depending on how busy the court schedules were. I made the decision to take a chance on Mr. Gatch. He promised to stay in touch with me by text, phone, and email. He kept those promises. He helped me prepare for the worst. My case took almost 9 months from beginning to end. When it came to trial, he prepared me for every possible question that I would be asked. He took calls from me every time he could, and when he was in court or busy with another client, he called me back quickly. He let me text him, and he responded quickly to those as well. When we went to trial, he carefully prepared me, he questioned my witnesses, he cross examined my wife's witnesses, and he submitted all my evidence . He did not miss a beat. This man is trustworthy. My divorce is done. I am satisfied with his performance, and I would hire him again. My divorce was hard, and he helped me.

Honestly I don't know how well he performs in other areas of practice but when he handled my divorce, it was absolutely a waste of time and money. It was over in minutes without him arguing one single point. I would've been better off keeping my money and just letting my then wife have her way becaus...e that's exactly what happened. It was as if he was afraid of the judge, simply spineless. I pretty much confirmed my identity to the court and bam, it was over. He was so nice to me throughout but when it came time to litigate, the man just rolled over! Documented admissions of her infidelity and her poor parenting were never presented to the court. I left out of there in a daze, feeling like I had been taken advantage of at the most vulnerable time in my life....devastated.

Mr. Gatch is the most amazing lawyer I have ever met! When I first started the process I was nervous and didn’t know much about bankruptcy. I called him once left a voicemail and within 10 mins he called me back, and we set up a time to meet. Him and Miss Vickie are absolutely precious people. They a...nswered any question I had. If I had a question throughout the process all I had to do was text or call and he was always on the other end of the line. The process was very quick which was such a great thing. He always put me at ease and I felt very prepared for any and everything. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. He gets the job done and does what he says. If I could describe him it would be a southern gentleman, comes to mind every time I talk to him. I’m so thankful for him, and helping me get passed a bad time in my life and severing the last ties that held me to my ex husband. I can never say thank you enough! But thank you Mr. Gatch for everything you did for me!
