Biography
I have been practicing personal injury and workers' compensaiton law in both Florida and Georgia for over 26 years. I believe in providing my clients with aggressive representation to obtain the best possible results. I have a proven track record of success over my career. However, when a client has been involved in an accident there is more than just needing a tough lawyer. I believe in taking the time to educate my clients on the legal process and being there for them at every step along the way. My clients meet me at the free initial consultation and I am there to personally guide them through the case. While I have been selected for numerous professional awards, I am most proud of my relationship with my clients. I take the time to listen to the challenges that my clients face and provide the personal attention needed to get the best possible outcome in the case.
I am an active member of the Florida Bar, the Georgia Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. I am a member of professional organizations including the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation section of the Florida Bar, the Workers’ Compensation section of the Georgia Bar, Florida Workers Advocates (FWA), as well as the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association(GTLA). I am also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator.
