I have concentrated my practice in the area of Real Estate law, both transactionally and litigation. I represents both private lenders and individuals in the area of mortgage foreclosures, through prosecuting mortgage foreclosures and defending mortgage foreclosures. This practice also includes representing individuals throughout the difficult short sale process and the loan modification process.
I also represent community associations, such as Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations, as well as property managers, landlords and tenants, contractors, and subcontractors.
