Mike is an incredibly intelligent and sharp lawyer. He knows that each client he represents is a unique case and situation in of itself, hence one size does not fit all. Nevertheless, he is able to accurately analyze the situation and provide a custom tailored approach to getting the best result poss...ible. On the day of my trial there was a high-profile case right after mine, and Mike made a decision to delay the trial, the rationale being that the media and others are in the courtroom, and the judge is more likely to be tough on all the cases that day because all eyes are on the judge. This strategy no doubt spared me jail time, and is one of several examples that illustrate the adroitness Mike is capable of in the representation of his clients. Mr. Rubin handled our estate issues with perfection. We are not in Florida, and when our relative died, we needed an attorney in Florida to handle the court filings for estate closing, sale of residence, and sale of auto.
