I don't know who is worse this lawyer or the judge who let him quit after he took my money.... his defense consists of demanding that you plead guilty and there's no other option he doesn't even meet with anybody he sends a text message complaining about my non-existent criminal record to the DA and ...then saying that I had to go get fingerprinted and plead guilty otherwise I would have to spend a week renting hotels while they sorted the case out... I said I'd take the hotels and then he quit the case ...and the judge ALLOWED him to. this man should be disbarred.

Tell you lies. Was supper nice when I was in jail but soon I bonded out he acted like I was garbage and not a client. Mind you he was paid in full he insisted that I paid him a little bit of money which was what he asked for. just terrible , always want to argue with me always want to talk crap about... the prosecutor instead of actually doing something to help me and my case. Then all the sudden want to withdraw because I asked him to put in a motion, all the sudden his explanation is because of ethical reasons based of prior conversations.Save the troubles I wish I knew but when your desperate anything goes. I wish him nothing but the best but definitely will warn others. Nothing is never personal as my attorney he made everything personal , just nasty work.

I contacted Mike shortly after being arrested. I was extremely worried and unsure of my future. Everything went exactly as expected, and I have Mike to thank for that. I don’t expect to ever be on the wrong side of the law again, but if I was I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mike Rubin to represent me. So, if you are reading this review and you find yourself or a loved one in a similar situation - in over your head, anxious, not knowing what to do next - you should do all you can to understand the law and call Mike Rubin to get you through your case and back to where you need to be in life.

I felt when I was describing my case to Mr. Rubin, he put himself in my shoes as if he were the one charged with the offense. Immediately I noticed a service I hadn't received from previous representation. I felt his fee was more than fair, and his ability to keep me informed was magnificent.
