State v. White
May 25, 2010OUTCOME: Not Guilty
Client was charged with Robbery with a Firearm when it was alleged by the State that he went into a convenience story to buy a soda and came back approximately 15 minutes later wearing the same shoes, ... shirt and beanie, only the pants were different and the face was covered with a bandana. The state's expert testified that a tattoo on my client was similar to a tattoo on the robber. Everything was caught on the store's surveillance camera. A cross examination on the relevance of the scientific area of photogrammetry (turning 2D images into 3D measurements) and a lack of evidence in this case led to an acquittal of the client.
