About Brandon
Biography
For many years, Brandon served as in-house counsel to FPL/NextEra and Black & Veatch (a global engineering/construction firm) and managed their corporate, commercial, technology and financial transactions and contracts. He also helped his management teams navigate the day-to-day legal matters that affect all businesses.
In 2011, Brandon left the corporate world and opened his private practice which focuses on the legal needs of startups, small businesses, family businesses, independent contractors, and non-profit organizations. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Indian River State College, as well as a certified SCORE mentor.
Licensed in Florida and Missouri, Brandon is a graduate of Rockhurst University in Kansas City, and earned his law degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He is a full-time resident of Hobe Sound, Florida, and enjoys golfing, fishing, and the occasional craft beer or two.
