Margaret T Lai

Ms. Lai’s experience includes practicing before state and federal courts, representing individual and corporate clients at trial and appellate levels and also in arbitration. Ms. Lai also advises corporate clients on transactional and real estate matters.

Ms. Lai’s prior experience include obtaining a multi-million dollar jury verdict against a franchisor on behalf of a franchisee for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, representing a majority shareholder of an electronic financial services company in a corporate dissolution action, an investor in a breach-of-contract action related to a multi-million dollar real estate developer, and defending Global 500 companies in products liability matters. Ms. Lai also has experience representing foreign nationals and corporations in business disputes.
