Theodore Jeffrey Heinemann

I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, charitable planning, choice-of-entity planning, business transactions, probate and trust administration, and real estate. I am a member of the Florida Bar and am admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. I counsel individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning and administration. I also represent individuals and closely-held companies in connection with their business matters and succession planning. 

I host educational seminars on a monthly basis for the public pertaining to important estate planning matters.  I also conduct private speaking engagments for various organizations.

I adjust to the needs of my elderly clients by meeting with them in their homes, on their schedules, to make the estate planning processs a more convenient and less burdensome experience.  

I received an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 1998, after having received a J.D. in 1997 from Nova Southeastern University.  I earned a B.S. in Criminology, with Highest Honors, in 1994 and a B.S. in Engineering in 1991, both from the University of Florida where I was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Keramos, a Materials Science & Engineering Honor Society. 

When I'm not serving my clients, I'm busy being "Dad" to my three wonderful children, who are growing up far too quickly.
