Biography
My practice focuses primarily in the areas of estate planning, business planning, probate administration, and trust administration. I advise clients on a broad array of estate planning techniques and counsel clients through the probate and trust administration process. I routinely handle estates of all sizes and complexities from very modest summary administrations to extremely large probate estates involving significant assets with complex family and business structures.
In addition, I often advise clients on probate avoidance, deeds, domicile, and representing clients in disputed trust or probate administration matters including a significant amount of Florida elective share litigation. Other areas I often handle include forming new business entities and representing clients before the IRS in estate and income tax disputes.
