When you go to war in the criminal justice system, you take a tank like Mark Orr, not a spit gun.

I became the victim of very dirty pool and was falsely accused of a felony that could result in life-long incarceration. I needing a criminal defense attorney and Mr. Orr was recommended to me. I liked his intensity. He put his heart and soul into the case, spending significant amounts of time on it.... It became clear to me that in these matters, having a heavy hitter is always to your advantage. He is a legal icon in this town, on a first name basis with everyone in the State Attorney’s office. His work ethic is unchallenged; the state attorneys, police, and judges all know him and trust what he tells them. As opposed to a younger attorney in a big firm who is busy building a practice and creating income for himself and others, Mr. Orr is well past that. He takes on fewer cases now and he is able to spend more time on it than other attorneys. Who wouldn’t want that?? With my case, he was always honest with me every step of the way, even with the “worst case scenarios” that could happen. Unfortunately, my worst-case scenario started to become reality and the state attorney filed charges against me. Arrested and in jail, not sure if or when I would ever come out, he came to visit me nearly every day as a friend, counselor and advocate. He worked tirelessly and kept my family and me informed. He was quickly able to show the State Attorney that there was no way I was guilty of what I was being accused of and the charges were dropped. He was a bulldog on my case ; in court he had the look and demeanor of a warrior. He latched on and didn’t let go until justice was served as best as it could be. I was very glad I was not being represented by some of the other attorneys I saw who seemed more interested in sharing jokes or showing off their new iPhones or attaché cases to each other. Mark was there for me and me alone. He was my warrior and he was clearly there to defend me. I would never hesitate to recommend him to my friends or colleagues or to hire him again if I ever found myself needing a criminal defense attorney.
