Contacted Steven about both PIP and property damage for a car accident. The attorney was pleasant with many messages and was reassuring. He told me I was in charge, he would just do what I wanted him to do. Other lawyers even told me, I had to deal with my own property claims they only wanted the per...sonal injury side (insurance has different adjusters for both). One thing Steven did immediately is get insurance to only require one statement (I still don’t know how but when you need help he seems more than capable). This attorney is quick, concise and knowledgeable. Another thing, his practice is days or nights and weekends because he is actually invested in helping people not just bankers hours. 2 cars Hit me from behind. I have multiple disc herniation’s, disc bulges, and tears in my spine. I’ve needed injections & still have not had them, & I’m in pain. Steven Kronick had me, the client, doing all of his footwork - finding medical providers, soliciting medical providers to accept LOP’s,... requesting & picking up medical records so he didn’t have to fill out a HIPAA form, making phone calls, delivering forms to physicians for signatures, making telephone calls. This attorney never told me that a wage loss form or process existed. I lost $600 a week due to this attorney’s laziness and incompetence. Then, When a friend who is a paralegal asked me why I wasn’t collecting for losing my income he produced the form and by the time Kronick had ME follow up with the doctor to pick up the form and deliver it to the attorney & he FINALLY submitted it, supposedly - my PIP had exhausted. Each Time I had a question and he was very annoyed, told me not to listen to other people, and was constantly selling himself to me. Selling himself but never producing. I terminated this attorney. My second attorney is moving quickly & communicating with me.
