I found this Firm has little experience handling or considering a more complex matter. You also are not able to access the office. They keep it locked. I called to have the receptionist open the door. I also felt insignificant because they didn't offer an appointment just said they couldn't help. Loo...k elsewhere.

When I asked Mr. Massey about inserting language into my trust (as little as one sentence) to provide my beneficiary the OPTION of using a charitable annuity upon my death, he said he had little knowledge of charitable annuities. I offered to pay him to research the matter (or call another professio...nal for advice), but he refused despite my certified financial planner recommending it as a tax saving device. Worse, he then recommended things that appeared dubious to me at best. His unwillingness to investigate or to even consider learning new things that may benefit my heirs and charities made me question his credibility in regard to the entire estate plan. We parted ways and I am now seeking an attorney with greater experience.
