As many have mentioned, the process of finding a lawyer to represent you is challenging. Frank was available on the first call. I did not have to tell my story to convince a paralegal that my case had merit. Frank is a hands-on no-nonsense attorney. I felt confident after our first meeting. He is candid on the pro and cons and never backs down, as he always looks for opportunities that would strengthen your case. I was pleased with the outcome, given the many loopholes that one must navigate in this sensitive manner. I highly recommend his firm for its expertise and knowledge of the law.

I finally found someone to actually listen to my side of the story!

After talking to so many lawyers who never actually listened to my story. Some of the lawyers that I spoke with wanted money. And that was before I was even able to tell my story. I was starting to feel like I never would find someone who would actually listen to me. But Mr. Allen did just that. He took the time to hear me out. He was honest about my situation and some obstacles we had to face. He keep in contact by email or phone about what was happening with my case. He explained the entire process so I was never guessing what the next step would be. I would recommend his firm to anyone looking for a lawyer that actually stands up for what is right. Someone who listens to the underdog! I hope I'm never in this situation again, but if I am I only calling Mr. Allen!

Amazing Lawyer

If you really want a lawyer that'll fight for you and not take any nonsense at all I HIGHLY recommend Frank T. Allen. He makes sure you know everything going on with your case, and tells it how it is instead of sugar coating things. Hes wonderful and I will most def. be recommending him to anyone who needs an amazing lawyer.

Recommend 10x over!

I contacted Mr. Allen in reference to a liability case with a restaurant. Frank is knowledgeable and was very helpful, he stayed in contact with updates throughout the entire process. Anything I didn't understand, he broke it down to me. He made sure everything was understood, before any paperwork was signed. The case went by very smoothly and we're happy with the results. Our expectations were exceeded, thank you for all your help.

EXTREMELY HONEST AND TO THE POINT

I had never been in a position where I felt that my rights were violated and I was discriminated against. I decided to have a consultation with Attorney Allen and that is the best thing that I could have done. He was honest and to the point. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear rather, what he thought about my case and never sugarcoated anything. Even when I had many, many questions, and would call, text or email him, he made me feel that my case mattered and never rushed me. When someone asks me if I know of a good attorney I tell them no. Great experience!

Mr. Allen is an outstanding federal civil rights lawyer with whom I've had the pleasure of working with on an employment discrimination case, which was a very difficult case. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, and aggressive attorney.

He was right on time

I was arrested for a crime I didn't do. No one believed me or they said it was a was of time. Plus I had no money because of the false crime against me. I all most gave up and Mr. Allen answered my message and called me right when I was about to give in. He told me i was innocent and he could help me and would listen that's all i needed. I was praying and God answered Mr. Frank kept me in the loop and always answered my called or his secretary was on point and helped to. My case wasn't open long cause he got on it. If you need to go against being wronged by the police he is the one. He did back down when other did.

From the very first day, the first time I met him he was ready with my case, i walked to his office and he had my file right on his table and ready to start. His team is just as nice as him. He alway told me dont worry, nothing to panic about you are right, your case is strong. He supported me completely with great advices. He was in contact with me and updated me immediately with any response from opposite side. Everytime I messaged or emailed him I got a response immediately. Great Attorney

Frank really helped me and looked out for me when I was involved in a bad car accident. He would not accept the low offers that were made to settle my case and filed a lawsuit against the people on my behalf. After we filed the lawsuit, they settled my case for a significant amount. I really appreciated Frank for fighting hard for me and my family.

Frank Allen is Fantastic!

I hired Frank Allen to represent my son 15 years ago. Frank did a fantastic job and against amazing odds prevailed and we won. This was a child abuse case that turned into a civil rights case. Provided Assistance with Employment Issue

I consulted with Mr. Frank Allen on an issue for which I could not get a timely response from the EEOC. I retained Mr. Allen and he was able to assist me. We were able to negotiate the issue with the employer and the matter was brought to a decent conclusion.
