All of the bad reviews are right on the money with this woman. During the consultation will be just about the only time she has any interest in your case. After you pay you will never be able to get a hold of her. She only cares about the money. She did a total half assed job on my divorce and becaus...e of it I had major consequences later on down the road. If I could give negative stars I would.

There have been multiple times I have needed legal advice over little things, representation in a difficult divorce and even help in a car accident case where the child's injuries will last a lifetime. There is NO ONE I can say I trust more than Ms. Fisher. It seems she works 24/7 and is always the...re when I need her, even if its a seemingly silly question where I have analyzed things to much! Doctors don't get paid only when they are in an operating room, well, Lawyers don't get paid just when in the courthouse! Her fees are fair (price shop if you must) for the amount of work and time that truly is put into cases such as mine. While waiting to have a consult with Ms. Fisher, I saw the amount of calls that come in to her office. That level of professionalism is a rarity and was reassuring me further with each ring of the phone that I was in the right place! Patti, her Assistant, would return some of my calls and answer questions I had posed for Jody. Yes, I wanted to talk to my attorney but I am smart enough to know I am NOT her only client!! My cases were the most important in my world just like everyone's is to themselves. Patti relayed whatever the message or direction was and took the time to explain what my Attorney wanted her to tell me, she spoke professionally and reassuringly like we were friends and I feel she truly cares! At no time was Ms. Fisher "unreachable", whether it was her assistant following up with me or Ms. Fisher herself, no question was left unanswered. I would not and could not imagine facing some of the tough things I have in the legal system without having Ms. Fisher by my side. I recommend her to EVERYONE and will continue to do so with ZERO hesitation!!

I am dumbfounded how this woman took us for our money and could care less about her client losing everything. I paid this woman $3,500 and another $875 a few weeks later. She had the nerve to have her assistant call us up to say that our retainer is at $0 and in order for Jody to show up to a 3rd hea...ring it will cost us $1,500. we refused to pay such an outrageous amount of $ so she desided to not attend the hearing, leaving us high and dry to lose our case. This woman will suck your pockets dry. DO NOT email her, she charges $62.50 to respond back to a simple email. I advise everyone....Do not hire this firm unless you want to throw all of your hard earned cash away.

I was a little unsure in hiring a woman attorney to represent me in my divorce but I couldn't have made a better choice. My now exwife hated her which I liked but attorney Fisher didn't waste time in pushing my case forward. I can't lie and say it was cheap but I am completely happy with how my cas...e went. Patti from her office is great and answered questions I had and gave me her cell phone number because my ex was being sneaky with the kids over the weekend. I have already told my neighbor about this office and would use her again.

Hired attorney Fisher for a divorce. I have four kids and my wife left me to support them by myself. I was able to get a quick divorce keep the kids and I don't worry about my ex coming back to get them. She was not free but I was able to make payments, her office staff was great and they got the... job done. Jody also helped me clear up a stupid mistake I made that got me arrested and it was dropped the court.
