Jody Lynn Fisher

There isn't enough time or space here for us to praise our experience with Jody L. Fisher and her law office staff. My elderly mom, a Villages resident, recently had to go through an agonizing Order of Protection ordeal and divorce after she was a victim of domestic violence. Jody was so experience...d, knowledgeable and exceptionally kind throughout the entire process. She took a personal interest and was concerned and so compassionate toward my mom and myself and did everything in her power to make the ordeal as painless and swift as she possibly could. Her protective and personal approach to her clients and her responsiveness is second to none, even contacting me on weekends if needed. I will continue to use her expertise in any future dealings in the area and highly recommend this law firm if you are wanting an attorney and staff who truly take their cases and clients very seriously and see them as people, not just cases. All of the bad reviews are right on the money with this woman. During the consultation will be just about the only time she has any interest in your case. After you pay you will never be able to get a hold of her. She only cares about the money. She did a total half assed job on my divorce and becaus...e of it I had major consequences later on down the road. If I could give negative stars I would.

Went thru a rough and very bad bitter vindictive divorce, Jody and her staff help me thru some of the roughest times in my life...things and situations U can't imagine....Jody kept me out of jail 4 different times, not of my own but because the ex was up to no good all the time...Jody and her staff p...rotected me the best she could legally, facing charges that I was accused of and didn't do.... well the good prevailed and the state attorney, dropped all said charges cause I had performed and took the high road not stooping to the ex's level...I'll just say the judge told me after everything that was said and done, told me I was a gentleman and scholar and very noble.... don't know if anyone knows anything about judges especially a woman judge, and a crazy divorce with kids.... that's a very high honor and praise..... so my hats off to Jody and her staff..... very likeable .. very jokeable.....but b ware they will give u a nickname..... mine is "trouble"... yep just ask Patti..... "here comes trouble"..... or "trouble what r u up to now"......AAA++++++ rating.... highly recommmended......

There have been multiple times I have needed legal advice over little things, representation in a difficult divorce and even help in a car accident case where the child's injuries will last a lifetime. There is NO ONE I can say I trust more than Ms. Fisher. It seems she works 24/7 and is always the...re when I need her, even if its a seemingly silly question where I have analyzed things to much! Doctors don't get paid only when they are in an operating room, well, Lawyers don't get paid just when in the courthouse! Her fees are fair (price shop if you must) for the amount of work and time that truly is put into cases such as mine. While waiting to have a consult with Ms. Fisher, I saw the amount of calls that come in to her office. That level of professionalism is a rarity and was reassuring me further with each ring of the phone that I was in the right place! Patti, her Assistant, would return some of my calls and answer questions I had posed for Jody. Yes, I wanted to talk to my attorney but I am smart enough to know I am NOT her only client!! My cases were the most important in my world just like everyone's is to themselves. Patti relayed whatever the message or direction was and took the time to explain what my Attorney wanted her to tell me, she spoke professionally and reassuringly like we were friends and I feel she truly cares! At no time was Ms. Fisher "unreachable", whether it was her assistant following up with me or Ms. Fisher herself, no question was left unanswered. I would not and could not imagine facing some of the tough things I have in the legal system without having Ms. Fisher by my side. I recommend her to EVERYONE and will continue to do so with ZERO hesitation!!

No matter what questions or concerns I had, she always took the time to knowledge me. Keeping me informed constantly. Keeping herself available to me at all times. Nothing more important in a divorce with children. I can highly recommend Jody. Her knowledge in family law is like no other! Always ...thinking of what's best for me and the children throughout the entire process. Staff is professional and friendly with great knowledge as well.
