Alejandro Rivera

I was being sued by the largest law firm in the state of Florida for an amount of money that I could never hope to pay in my entire life. I needed a really aggressive attorney with backbone who would truly defend me. Based on my inquires Mr. Rivera came highly reccomended. Ultimately, ...I chose Mr. Rivera because he has gone up against that law firm in the past, and he showed that he was not afraid to challenge them again. He stated he was going to put together a good defense immediately. Mr. Rivera did exactly that. In fact, it was so good that they dismissed the lawsuit against me. It costs a lot of money to hire one of the best Attorneys out there. But I feel that hiring Mr. Rivera was the best decision I have ever made, and was what made the difference between winning and loosing this case. Mr Rivera is very ethical. I have received immigration advice from him and use him for my divorce. He has always answered all of my questions in plain English and helped me understand everything that is going on. I am from a different Country so sometimes it is harder for me to understand. I ...did ask him as we are going through the process why can't we just buy certain documents like it can occurs in my Country. He very strict and told me that it is not ethical, and that in this Country the job of a lawyer is not to help you commit a crime, but to help you put your best feet forward and also show how honest you are. I was upset a little, but, then I realized he was right. And, doing it his way, a very honest way, end with very good results. He tells me that if you are caught lying or cheating things can end very bad for you in this Country, and that it is not worth the risk. I am glad that I listen to Mr. Rivera. I know him now for many many years, he is a very close friend of mine. He gets good review from me.
