INSURANCE FRAUD & FILING OF A FALSE POLICE REPORT FRAUDULANTLY ALLEGING CAR THEFT

OUTCOME: Case Dismmissed

Car was found driven into a lake after it was reported stolen by owner. Car's entry and Ignition system was "Key-less" using a microchip transponder which all agreed only the owner had access to. Pol ... ice obtained an "Expert Opinion" from the Car Dealership in relevant part stating -- "This Micro Chip Technology is Fool Proof -- the car can only be driven by the holder of the microchip transponder - 100%" I countered with my own research and experts opinion -- Forensic Locksmith -- And it was Defense argument that NO ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM is Fool - Proof. (and this despite what the manufacturer may advertise)
