ALEJANDRO RIVERA P.A. - A Law Firm, and the Attorneys employed by the firm are always greatly disappointed when we loose a case. However, despite the efforts of our aggressive, and technically competent Attorneys that we oftentimes employ some cases are lost. Generally every client feels they have a "great" unbeatable case and half are right and half are wrong: At the end of the day, when you go to court, someone has to loose so that someone can win. Some defendants or plaintiffs are sometimes not viewed credibly because: their inappropriate court dress attire, a perception of their sharp and vulgar language, a perception of them making bombastic sensationalized self serving statements, a perception that they have an inability to find blame in their own actions, and sometimes the clients version of facts "coincidentally" is remarkably different than all the witnesses testimony and all the evidence accumulated against them: AND YET STILL, BECAUSE OF LOYALTY TO OUR CLIENT, WE TRY OUR VERY BEST TO WIN ALWAYS ! ! To be sure, not every time does the Judge or Jury get it right. But, I encourage everyone, win or loose, to respect the process once it is done, and respect the courts decision. And, speaking in general, if your attorney has told you not to use certain language, dress a certain way in court, it is never meant as an insult or a personal judgment against who you are. It is meant as constructive criticism, provided in good faith, in the hopes of maximizing your chances of winning your case.
