Justin Rickman was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida. He attended Edgewater High School and got an Associates Degree from the University of Florida in 1990; earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Central Florida in 1992 and received his Juris Doctorate from Barry University Orlando School of Law in June of 2000. Attorney Rickman also attended the Regent School of Law, in Virginia, where he received a second Jurist Doctorate Degree in December 2002. The Rickman Law Firm was founded in Lake County, Clermont, Florida, In April 2004.

Rickman did not file the required notice of employment and sworn information reports with The Florida Bar as required. Morsch had direct contact with clients. (Case No. SC16-2196)”
