Paul Anthony Kelley

Paul represented me in a W/C case that was ongoing through my employer for more than 14 years until I medically had to retire. He was an aggressive advocate for his clients to get either ongoing care that you desire or settle your case and explain your options and "Realistic " expections as well as c...lear explanations of how your decision will affect you from that point forward. Without going into too many specifics, both personal and County doctors stated in no uncertain terms that I must retire due to my health as a result of on-duty injuries. I did not hold any high hopes at the time, of receiving a return call or of having any type of positive outcome due to my previous experiences and the fact that Mr. Kelley's office was in Maitland, Fl. However, it wasn't long before I heard from Mr. Kelley and we met at an office that his firm opened in Coral Gables. He spoke to me in no uncertain terms, and we quickly became friends. Although he felt that I had a good case, he advised me of the possible pitfalls and the numerous hoops that we would have to jump, but assured me that the regardless of the outcome, he would be there with me every step of the way. Everything he stated pretty much occurred to letter almost as a script, but we persevered and I was able to retire and successfully receive the benefits that were due to me thanks in no small part to Mr. Kelley's efforts. It's been over a year since I retired after 31+ years with the County, not a month goes by that I don't think about Paul and his great assistance. I can truly say that I'm still alive today thanks to his efforts. The thing that impressed me the most about Paul, was his sincerity and honesty.
