Kathy Czepiel George

Kathy has represented me in my post divorce proceedings for many, many years. I actually chose her over her more experienced co-attorneys at the time, as she did a more thorough job in all aspects. She was always prepared and did her best to fight for me and my children. She was always available to d...iscuss matters with me as needed. She did not "dime and penny" me to death, as other attorneys have in the past. I feel completely confident in her handling of my case, and will continue to use her as needed in the future. Misrepresented her ability in the initial consultation. Overly passive attorney and refuses to argue with the opposing side, she's very easily intimidated. Does not communicate clearly or regularly and when asked to clarify or bring you up to speed her responses are vague and you are billed for the... inadequate and untimely response. She is very likeable if you’re looking for a friend but it would be best to look elsewhere for an attorney. She is not who you want representing you; she is who you hope is representing the other party.

I retained Kathy George in February of 2011 to represent my 8 year daughter as a Guardian Ad Litem. Kathy expedited her interviews with myself, my daughter and my daughter's mother. During the trial Kathy presented a detailed Guardian Ad Litem report to the court. Kathy is very knowlegeable in these... matters concerning children. Kathy treated my daughter and myself with dignity and respect. If there is anyone in a child custody situation I HIGHLY recommend retaining the services of a Guardian Ad Litem. They are there to represent the best interest of the children not the parents. Kathy George did an outstanding job throughout my litigation.
