I have been a client with Kathy George for many years now. My case has been long and complex and very stressful. I have been in and out of court numerous times over the years, and while no attorney can control the judges decision, I always feel protected with Kathy by my side. She knows the judges, s...he knows what they will accept and what they won't and she can give yo a good deal of how they will rule and advise you on the best way to present your case to support your desired out come. She has always been realistic with setting my expectations, and has a strategy when entering the court room. She meets with you before each hearing to discuss her strategy and always makes sure you are comfortable with her approach. She's an expert negotiator and tries her best to keep you out of court, but if you ave to go to court, she's a bull dog in the court room. She's professional, but she knows her family law and she digs in and really fights for you. Court is nerve wracking, but I feel so much better having Kathy by my side. I truly feel my family's best interest are being protected. Her documents are air tight and I have had documents that she's written hold up years later. My case is still on going, due to a difficult ex, but Kathy has been there each step of the way and has protected me and my family through out the years. Great attorney. Professional, knowledgeable, tough when it calls for it.

Every once in a while you come across an honest attorney that is more concerned with a client than money. Kathy is one of those honest attorneys. Obviously, attorneys need to get paid just like the rest of us. It was just nice working with someone whose primary interest was doing what was right an...d getting a fair deal for their client. This is a classic case of the ex fighting aggressively because they would rather give the money to their attorney then support their child. The attorney for the ex was more than happy to take the money that should have gone to the child and didn't care that the child was going without because of it. Kathy was more concerned for the child then herself and that made everything easier.

I went to Kathy after dealing with a lawyer in Palm Harbor who was all about the money and got nothing accomplished except draining my money into his account. Kathy is a good lawyer. She's knowledgeable, personable and has a quick mind. She handled a divorce for me in a very professional and competent manner. Although the case wasn’t nearly as complicated as some divorces, there were some nuances that could have really created problems for me and she made ...sure that didn’t happen. Being vindictive, my now ex-wife filed a DVI against me with some false claims and with Kathy’s help it was dismissed in one very short hearing. She was responsive to my needs and to my questions.
