I met with Bill Beck for a free consultation about my child custody battle this last month. He told me upfront the problems that I was facing and the possibility of not winning. He took time with me and I felt at the end it would be a waste of my time to proceed. I did get a second opinion and got ...the same information, but I had to pay $100 bucks for it. I know now if I want an attorney I would go back to Bill Beck.

Bill Beck represented me in a very lengthy and difficult custody battle post divorce. I have a special needs child and he was very compassionate about her issues and how that would affect our case. my boyfriend hired these people for his child custody case and all they have done is racked up charges for him. they do not get back in a timely manner. you have to call them over and over to return a call and then get charged for it. he has had to do his own research for his case because they do not... follow up and inform him of anything. all they care about is your money. they said they could handle his case for a certain amount and then needed another retainer along with the already accrued charges. nothing has been resolved.

I have been in an ongoing child support/visitation battle with my ex-husband who currently owes me about $30,000.00. He is a foreigner who, despite my attorneys' best efforts manages to evade payment child support. Occasionally he will pay a few dollars and then he stops paying again. He has recen...tly quit a paying job to start a business (in this terrible economy - obvious what he is doing) and now wants a downward modification of his obligation due to a decreased in income caused by his own action. I am not a wealthy woman, my current husband and I work hard to make ends meet. The child I have with my ex spouse is ill and is a special needs child. Her father makes little to no effort to see her. In spite of all these obstacles Mr. Beck and his staff continue on to represent me and to protect my child. This is a special mix of an attorney who knows how to do his job and who has compassion for his clients. I have called there on several occasions and spoken to his paralegal who, if nothing else, has let me vent until I felt better. I know that this case and my daughter's life are both in good hands with Mr. Beck and his staff.
