I needed someone to help me with a family law matter. A friend recommended Steve Bartlett. I found him to be knowledgeable about the law. Steve and Jessica are most helpful. He helped me accomplish what my family and I needed in the fastest and least complicated way possible. I don't know how I would... have managed without Steve and his staff. In Addition too, he was and is very fair priced. I have recommended Steve to some of my family and friends.

When I hired this guy, he talked a good game just to get my money. Throughout the case this guy is missing in action 99% of the time. My scheduled meetings were canceled and rescheduled & driving from Tampa to his office in Pasco is very time consuming & then to find out he is there but doesn't have ...the time for you. In court he was eager to agree to anything the opposing party said did not put up any kinda fight. His billing is terrible its very easy to lose thousands of dollars with this guy KEEP YOUR RECIPES! Regarding this attorney for family I would say he is terrible, not knowledgeable, will not give you the time, quick to pressure you into an agreement with the other side via mediation or court, will not take the time or not capable to present the facts & for important issues as custody & family law in my opinion get a 2nd opinion! After all the mess this attorney created I did get a 2nd opinion from a skilled professional and he cleaned the mess up in 3 months and I got exactly what I wanted. For family law, custody & divorce as important as it is do not use this guy... terrible attorney

I found Mr. Bartlett by a review online search. The best choice I made!! I was seriously losing a custody battle for my 3 year old son to his "attorney" father who knows how to play the game. Mr. Bartlett listened to me and my concerns and cleaned up the mess the previous attorney got me into. I have... sole custody of my son, who is now almost 7. He never made promises other than to do his very best to fight for me. We are still fighting multiple appeals and complaints from my ex-husband, through it all I believe in my attorney and his abilities to do what I hired him to do. Fight my fight..........
