Great man, excellent lawyer!

I sought Chuck’s expertise after being in an auto accident. He referred me to great doctors to receive treatment for my injuries. He also handled the insurance companies for me. I was even able to walk away with an excellent settlement that was far greater than expected. His partner, attorney Raaymakers, is also wonderful. Patience, knowledge, and experience.

Recently, a man put his truck in reverse and slammed into our vehicle as we were leaving our neighborhood. Having no experience with something like this we are so glad we ended up calling the Law Office of Philips and Raaymakers. Throughout this stressful process, Chuck was always accessible and patiently answered our numerous questions to put our minds at ease. It has been comforting to know we were consulting with someone with such extensive experience and knowledge. Auto accident

November 2019 I was involved in a auto accident... Not at fault thankfully! My vehicle was totaled, and I had a fractured heel & ankle. I am so grateful to Chuck and his team for helping my husband and I through a difficult time and for not giving up on my case!! Very early on in the case Chuck was up front and honest with how my husband and I should not get our hopes up, on recovering from the other party but he would also not rest until he explored every possibility. So just when I thought things were done and over, I get a call from him, with good news! I had stopped even thinking about the case for at least 6 months or more but not Chuck! He kept his word and continued persuing things! I highly recommend Chuck and his team! He is definitely one of the good one's!!!

Dedicated Lawyer

Mr. Chuck Philips guided me over the course of 3+ years in court for an accident case. He was great at communicating, answering all of my questions, and I truly felt he always had my best interest at heart. Grateful client!

I was overwhelmed when I learned the person who hit my car had no or little insurance and felt I was going to pay for everything even though it was not my fault.
