Gary L. Davis is a sole practitioner and president of 1st Affiliated Title Services, Inc. After serving as an assistant state attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit from 1980 through 1984, he entered private practice in New Port Richey, Florida. Mr. Davis received his B.S. degree from Florida State University in 1977 and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1979. His practice is focused on real estate, wills, trusts, guardianships, and probate. Mr. Davis is a member of the West Pasco Bar Association, and served as president from 2012-2013; West Pasco Estate Planning Council, served as president of the Allgood Altman Inns of Court, the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and Affiliate Member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors. He is also active in the community with the Rotary Club of Seven Springs and has served as Supervisor for the Longleaf Community Development District and presently serves as president of the Longleaf Neighborhood Association. Mr. Davis has been a guest speaker for the West Pasco Board of Realtors and has been a speaker for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Affiliate Assembly in Tampa and Coral Springs since 2004.
