also known as Mischelle Taylor D'Angelone, Mischelle Martin
I am a native of San Diego, California and lived there for almost 40 years. I was previously an attorney in California and then moved to Florida in 2004 and became licensed here as well. I handle cases primarily in Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando and Hillsborough Counties. On a personal note, my greatest accomplishments are my children. I have two kids. My daughter, Caitlin is a attending Stetson School of Law and I have a 16 year old son, Chris. I live on a few acres in Spring Hill with my 7 dogs and 2 cats. I have the privilege of fostering dogs for Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Rescue. I have a great reputation in my legal community and strive to take excellent care of my clients. I am able to do that because I have amazing staff. I would most likely be described as hands-on, caring and a pit bull. In my free time I like to read and explore Florida. Please read my AVVO reviews, they speak for themselves.

Family Oriented
Mischelle has been instrumental in two adoptions via foster care for me. We also hired her to help my son get visitation rights and custody of my grandson. Her assistance has brought made my family whole. So grateful for her and her team!

Highly recommend
Mischelle strives to get what's in the best interest of her clients. She handled my divorce, answered all my questions and kept me informed. She made the process a lot less stressful for me. I would highly recommend Mischelle.
