Mischelle C D'Angelone

I would not recommend this law office to anyone. The office had a very high turnover of office staff and attorney's. Paperwork was lost, incorrect and mismanaged. Phone calls were not always returned. We were not notified of a temporary relief hearing until the day before, and the 2nd attorney assign...ed to us was unprepared. There were 2 occasions that the opposing team knew that they did not have to show up for scheduled court appearances. We were not informed of this and after wasting a day off of work showed up for nothing (postponement). Our case dragged on for much longer than it should have. And we never felt like they were on our side. Or sticking up for us. We do not feel that they did the best that they could.. Very expensive for poor results..

Never have i worked with a more honest and down to earth person, practicing law! Mischelle went in and represented us, just like we would have done, only with great legal expertise! Mischelle was always available and was VERY aggressive to ensure that our goals were met! Glad she was on our side! ... She is so worth having on your side...

I interviewed many attorneys and actually worked with (aka was financially raped by) another attorney for a year before finding Mischelle. Mischelle was very good about saving me money and helping me to have the most beneficial outcome for everyone, without stringing me along, and needlessly wasting... my time and not getting the job done I like the attorney I hired before her. Mischelle is not going to tell you something is unachievable and then waste your time trying to take your money. She's laser sharp, laser quick, organized, has good relationship with others in the court system, and is really interested and helping people, not taking your money. Trust me. You want Ms. D'Angelone on your side from the beginning.

I have been very pleased with Mischelle D'Angelone. She is knowledgeable, responsive and approachable in person yet formidable in court. Mischelle and I worked together for a few years. During that time, I observed her in court many times and have found her to be professional and fair. When I ...needed an attorney she was my first choice. I have referred several friends to her, all of whom are happy with Mischelle's representation. In one instance, Mischelle referred a friend of mine to another attorney because she was honest with him in saying it would cost him more to hire her for an out of town case. I don't know many attorneys who would do that. Most attorneys, in my opinion, would just take your retainer and surprise you with a bill for travel time later. Also, Mischelle has many professional contacts in the area and can help her clients to contact the resources/providers they need throughout the course of a case. Lastly, she is a straight shooter. She will tell you like it is. I appreciate that in a person, especially an attorney.
