Mischelle C D'Angelone

This attorney sat on my case for over a year with little to no work. She barely worked on my case even though she was very convincing during our initial consultation. She was never prepared for court and the little wins I had made handling things on my own she managed to loose in 30 minutes. She did ...not fight for any of my rights. When she felt like the case wasn’t easy enough she bailed. Told the judge she was having medical issues and wasn’t able to represent me. I overheard other attorneys and a judge complain about some things she had done incorrectly on others cases. Stay far away from this attorney. I think she may be good with easy adoptions but she is a nightmare for someone who is divorcing a relentless narcissist. Oh and her retainer was 5k and she may have returned approximately 1600! Slap in the face!!!

Mischelle was extremely knowledgeable in many areas of law and I couldn't have been happier with the way she handled my case. Her and her staff always replied to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They also kept me extremely informed and prepared and treated me more like family than a cl...ient. I was and am 100% confident in her and her staff and will continue to use Mischelle to handle all of my legal issues. I have never met an attorney like her.

I would not recommend this law office to anyone. The office had a very high turnover of office staff and attorney's. Paperwork was lost, incorrect and mismanaged. Phone calls were not always returned. We were not notified of a temporary relief hearing until the day before, and the 2nd attorney assign...ed to us was unprepared. There were 2 occasions that the opposing team knew that they did not have to show up for scheduled court appearances. We were not informed of this and after wasting a day off of work showed up for nothing (postponement). Our case dragged on for much longer than it should have. And we never felt like they were on our side. Or sticking up for us. We do not feel that they did the best that they could.. Very expensive for poor results..

Ms. D'Angelone served as the an appointed guardian of court for my custody hearings. the case included a petition to relocate. She invested time speaking to all the parties, party family and friends. I found her to be consistent, honest, direct, and extremely helpful. Her report accurately refle...cted the case in a fair manner. Knowledgeable, skilled, timely, an assertive are what I find to be in Ms. D'Angelone; all are valuable traits. Above all other lawyers, I would highly recommend her.
