Mischelle C D'Angelone

This attorney sat on my case for over a year with little to no work. She barely worked on my case even though she was very convincing during our initial consultation. She was never prepared for court and the little wins I had made handling things on my own she managed to loose in 30 minutes. She did ...not fight for any of my rights. When she felt like the case wasn’t easy enough she bailed. Told the judge she was having medical issues and wasn’t able to represent me. I overheard other attorneys and a judge complain about some things she had done incorrectly on others cases. Stay far away from this attorney. I think she may be good with easy adoptions but she is a nightmare for someone who is divorcing a relentless narcissist. Oh and her retainer was 5k and she may have returned approximately 1600! Slap in the face!!!

Mischelle in her capacity as an attorney for parents in dependency actions, always maintained professionalism at every step. I personally witnessed and experienced her ability to advocate for them despite any road blocks faced. She always was able to consider all aspects of a situation and was able t...o guide her clients in the best possible direction in the specific set of circumstances faced. I’d recommend her to anyone.

I can honestly say that I have dealt with several attorneys but Mischelle was the ONLY ONE that was so dedicated! If I called, she answered and was a world of knowledge!
