I retained the services of Allison Belcher with only a week before my final divorce hearing. I had previously worked with another lawyer Who had to remove himself less than a month before the final hearing. I scrambled for the next two weeks trying to find any lawyer who could help me. I hired Kristal to file an emergency custody filing for my children, it was one delay after another. She was given all the information she asked for and then came the I also need this, that oh and other info. it took her a week and still no emergency filing. time was of the essence and she knew that..., but yet nothing. So I lost my retainer and hied another atty. and got my emergency hearing the next day. I should have listened to my boyfriend's ex wife about Kristal Knox, she tried to tell me the delays and how unorganized Kristal was. I Do Not recommend her especially if it is a time sensitive or emergency type case, but if you have time to waste and money to spend then be my guest hire Kristal. Oh and never got any invoices of what the charges for the case was.
