I was recommended to meet Dr Magee by an attorney that doesn’t handle Workers Compensation cases I had my first appointment with him yesterday, so far he has showed me that he has my best interest, he explained to me step by step of what he will do for me and also he answered all my questions I am ...confident that everything will go good

I hired Mr. Magee to handle my work comp case. I would not recommend him. I was not given copies of my petition until I asked several times and was not given copies of the response filed by the insurance company at all. When I called or emailed, I received no response from his office. My question...s were not answered. I was completely out of the loop on my case and I felt completely neglected as a client. He is a very nice man but case management and professionalism are not skills his office possesses.

Mr. Magee represented me in 2007 in a workers comp case. When I needed an attorney I turned to a friend who is also an attorney but does not do workers comp cases. He recommended Mr. Magee and in fact had Mr. Magee represent his own father. I felt if he trusted Mr. Magee enough to have him represent ...his own family I should trust his judgement. Mr. Magee is very knowlegable in the workers comp arena and very respected. As a law enforcement professional I know how important it is to have a respected and well liked attorney representing you. Mr. Magee met or exceeded all of my expectations. I have since recommended him to other friends and family members all of whom have been very pleased.
